This painting is pretty much experimental, and a return to the origins of my colored art on dA, full of rainbowsC:
I haven't painted a proper rainbow art in a long time, and now I've got Ecoline watercolors and I was aching to try them on my Arches paper, I decided I could as well do it like in old times and also considering how people liked my galaxy experiment: and I liked painting stars, I used that too. Quite simple, I just needed a big area to play freely with the colors.
I hope you like it!
Time: 3 hours Tools: HB Koh-I-Noor pencil; dip pen for inking; Ecoline watercolors; Uni Posca poster color for retouching and details. Drawn on Arches A3 watercolor paper, 300g/m² (140lbs)
