Coloring practice. I love *sureya's linearts, whenever I take her work to color I know something nice will come off it. Here I was training underwater effects

The coloring on this is marvelous. I rarely see mermaids colored in so many vibrant colors. The mix of colors looks great as they really go well with each other.
I like how you colored the regions of scales on skin.
The piece looks great and the 5 hours you spent on it have paid off. The result is beautiful.
My only suggestion would be that you could have colored the seaweed/sea plants in a shade of green rather than white. Another thing that could be fixed is the fact that the depth of the sea is a bit too light compared with the surface of the sea. Usually I think it's opposite: the depth is darker than the surface. But I know how careful and patient you have to be while coloring traditionally...any mistake... and it can't be undone. So I appreciate your coloring skills. You took a lineart and gave life to it.
All in all I must say that you are an amazing colorist and you have an eye for mixing colors.
