This is a painting I have been wanting to do for a while :3 you know those artworks you want to do and have the idea in mind for a long time but don't have enough skills for the execution?
well, that's the case.
The painting was inspired in the song (and Ellie herself) but it isn't exactly her. I think in the end I just wanted to reproduce in the manga style that beautiful hair she has
And also I did this because it's been forever since I did a painting just with pencil lines, without making the ink lineart it was harder but worth it. I like.

Originality Technique
ImpactLet me say sorry first if I say something to offend you, or make you misunderstand me..
I've probably said this before, that I'm not good at using different kinds of colorpencils, so I adore traditional works.
And this is really one of the drawings that I clicked to see the full size without thinking a second.
The first thing I thought was "Beautiful" just like the other comments say~
And I'm into yellow color nowadays, so in my eyes she looks really delightful. :3
I think there are two things that catch a person to this drawing.
One is her golden hair, it looks so pretty <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/h/h…" width="15" height="13" alt="

And the other one is soft colors.

Adding those lights is a good idea :3
They're shiny, and gives a warm feeling when looking at the drawing.
I suppose you used Photoshop for them?

I don't really see mistakes, but if you ask me about what could be different..
Her hair on foreground is pretty good already, but I think drawing her body more visible would suit the picture too ^^
Anyway this is a pretty good work, I hope you'll keep drawing this beatuiful~
