The anatomy accuracy on the body is a little off, but only a little - I recommend the How To Draw Mangas- Bodies & Anatomy and Dressing Your Characters or one of the Costume volumes to show how clothing falls on a body.
The face looks great and the eyes and the feathers! Even the jewelry is awesome as well as your color choices!
And honey, you've got some MAAAD coloring skills!!! I'm in love with your art!
